The bar at the Chesterfield Mayfair is an intentional contradiction. While the doorman outside the canopied entrance suggests reassuring tradition, the lounge inside offers something far more surprising.
The Molecular Cocktail Experience is certainly not what you'd expect to find in a luxury Mayfair hotel. And it's this shock of the new that hints at what comes next. Take a seat at the bar and our resident mixologist will talk you through a menu of drinks that have taken months of experimentation in the lab to perfect.
There's the Old and New Era Mojito served on a spoon, the Amaretto Sour encased in a bubble, and the Eton Mess that comes with a hammer to release vodka trapped in ice. And, unlike more frenetic cocktail bars, we ensure all our creations come with a priceless extra ingredient – world-class service.
