The Function Room Our 200-square-metre ballroom opens onto the golf course through French windows that frame players mid-swing, creating an ever-changing backdrop for your celebration. We've watched countless parties unfold here, from children racing across the polished wooden floors to wedding guests spilling onto the terrace as the sun sets over the ninth hole. The space works beautifully for different occasions. For weddings, we typically arrange round tables for up to 180 guests with the moveable stage positioned for the band, leaving plenty of room for dancing later. Corporate dinners often prefer long banquet-style seating, while cocktail parties for up to 300 flow naturally between the main room and our adjoining café bar, where groups gather around high tables or settle into the comfortable seating areas. That wooden floor has proved perfect for everything from ceilidhs to salsa nights, and our DJ facilities mean you can keep the party going as late as your licence allows. The stage adapts easily, whether you need it for presentations, a jazz quartet, or those inevitable best man speeches. Natural light pours through those golf course windows during daytime events, while evening celebrations take on a different character with our warm lighting reflecting off the polished floors. Our events team coordinate everything from their office just down the corridor, working with our kitchen staff who prepare all food fresh on-site.
