We've watched this space transform countless times, from morning product launches where 70 guests sit comfortably around tables, to evening celebrations where 180 people mingle across the warm wooden floors, cocktails in hand. The Free Trade Hall's history seeps into every corner here, but we've given it a contemporary twist.
