The Old Billiard Room transforms from day to night with the flick of our AMBX intelligent lighting system, shifting from corporate sophistication to party atmosphere in seconds. This 346-square-metre space sits at the heart of our Victorian building, where original architectural details meet the kind of tech setup that makes event planners smile. We've hosted everything here, from 500-guest cocktail receptions spilling into the Annex, to intimate wedding dinners for 250 under our soaring five-metre ceilings. The white walls and mirrored accents work like a blank canvas, whether you're hanging corporate banners or draping fairy lights. Our sound-to-light projection system syncs with whatever playlist you bring, turning the room into your own private club when the sun goes down. The space connects seamlessly with our other rooms, so your guests can flow between cocktails here and dinner next door. Our full production kitchen means hot canapés arrive hot, and with menu options covering halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free, everyone's sorted. The bar stays open until 2 AM when you need it, perfect for those wedding receptions that turn into proper dance floors. Getting here couldn't be easier. Your guests emerge from Charing Cross Station and walk straight to our doors in under two minutes. Trafalgar Square sits around the corner for those inevitable group photos. Step-free access throughout means everyone can join the party, with lifts to every floor. The room handles 350 theatre-style, 180 cabaret, or 60 boardroom if you're mixing business with pleasure. Our events team has seen every possible layout and knows exactly how to make yours work.
