Our Whole Venue at Arta brings together three floors of Mediterranean character for celebrations that need room to breathe. From the moment your guests arrive in Glasgow's Merchant City, they'll discover spaces that shift from intimate corners to grand gathering areas, all connected by our dramatic red velvet staircase that has become a favourite backdrop for wedding photographs. The main floor greets everyone with candlelit archways and warm terracotta tones, where we can arrange seating for formal dinners or clear the space for cocktail receptions. Our team regularly transforms these areas for wedding ceremonies beneath the ornate arches, corporate presentations using our projectors and PA system, or birthday parties that spill across multiple rooms. With capacity for up to 1,700 guests standing, we've hosted everything from tech company launches to traditional Scottish ceilidhs with a Mediterranean twist. Each floor reveals something different. The ground level flows between our tapas restaurant and bar areas, where statues and greenery create natural conversation spots. Upstairs, our private rooms offer quieter spaces for VIP areas or breakout sessions during corporate events. When midnight strikes on weekends, our Canvas nightclub on the third floor opens up, letting celebrations continue until 3am. Our kitchen team serves authentic tapas throughout your event, with dedicated vegan and gluten-free menus ensuring everyone's included. The bar stocks Spanish beers alongside our signature sangria, though we're equally comfortable serving champagne for toasts or creating bespoke cocktail menus. With WiFi throughout, air conditioning keeping everyone comfortable, and our events team coordinating every detail, we handle the logistics while you focus on your guests. Transport couldn't be simpler, with Queen Street Station just minutes away and multiple bus routes passing our Merchant City location.
